Steam Sponge Cake

Equipment
10 cupcake mold
Medium bowl
Steamer

Ingredients
2 Large Eggs
10g Water
50g of Sugar
2 tsp of Vanilla Essence
10g of Custard Powder
70g of Plain Flour
2 tsp of Baking Powder
20g of Cooking Oil

Directions
1. In a medium bowl, mix egg, water, sugar and vanilla essence. Add custard powder and plain flour and mix until combine. Let it rest for 30 mins.

2. Add baking powder and oil into the mixture and let it rest for another 15 mins.

3. Prepare the steamer. Dip the cupcake mold in oil.

4. Pour mixture into cupcake mole and steam in high heat for 9-10 mins. Serve while hot!
